Location & Accessibility
El Madronal is a private gated residential estate located above San Pedro de Alcántara, between Marbella and Benahavís. Along with our neighbouring estate La Zagaleta, access is via the A-7 coastal road. Take the San Pedro de Alcántara exit, follow signs toward Ronda and Benahavís, then continue uphill to the main security gate at El Madronal entrance No. 3, or one of the other 6 entrances to the estate if you know in advance. Entry is controlled, and visitors must be pre-registered or announced at the gate.
